What you will do
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for hirify.global's Northern Europe partner ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners (VARs, SIs, MSSPs).
- Drive significant revenue growth through partner-led sales initiatives, exceeding regional sales targets.
- Ensure partners are fully enabled to effectively position, sell, and support hirify.global solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
- Collaborate closely with hirify.global's sales, marketing, professional services, and product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in partner leadership roles within the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry, with a strong focus on the Northern Europe market.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing a team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and/or Partner Business Managers (PBMs).
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of various partner models, including VARs, SIs, MSSPs, and technology alliances.
- Existing network and relationships within the key partners in the Northern European region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
