Channel Director North Europe (AI, Cybersecurity): Leading hirify.global's partner strategy and execution across Northern Europe, driving revenue growth through a robust network of strategic partners with an accent on recruitment, enablement, and co-selling with VARs, SIs, and MSSPs. Focus on developing and implementing strategic vision for the partner ecosystem and building a high-performing team.

Location: This role requires presence in either the London or Munich office and the ability to travel frequently across the Northern European region (Benelux, Nordics, Eastern Europe, DACH).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for hirify.global's Northern Europe partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners (VARs, SIs, MSSPs).
  • Drive significant revenue growth through partner-led sales initiatives, exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled to effectively position, sell, and support hirify.global solutions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hirify.global's sales, marketing, professional services, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in partner leadership roles within the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry, with a strong focus on the Northern Europe market.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing a team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and/or Partner Business Managers (PBMs).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of various partner models, including VARs, SIs, MSSPs, and technology alliances.
  • Existing network and relationships within the key partners in the Northern European region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
