• Drive initiatives to enhance system performance, reduce latency, and improve execution quality for global FX trading.
• Implement innovative features and robust controls to mitigate operational and market risk.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to maintain leadership and anticipate emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategic leads to deliver business priorities and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Ensure flawless transition from product development to BAU teams, enabling operational excellence.
• Coach and mentor product owners, project managers, and agile teams to drive high performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading complex product initiatives with a commercial focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
• Strategic problem solver with a track record of driving innovation and change.
• Experience with FX fundamentals or Equities/Fixed Income; regulatory knowledge (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL; APIs & FIX protocol.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
