Sr. Project Manager (Technology)

What you will do

• Monitor projects for top-tier clients, providing insights and direction to internal teams.
• Develop and update project plans, resolve conflicts, and track progress of multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Implementations, Business, and Senior Management teams.
• Ensure process adherence and use established tools for client projects through the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations by effectively facilitating, tracking, and reporting project status.
• Assess risk to timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction, and manage changes to project scope.
• Identify project bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Devise and oversee reporting tools to track and trend project KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience in client implementations/conversions.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate issues.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project or similar Project Management tools (Smartsheet preferred).
• Experience working with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid teams.
• Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows.
• Prior experience working with offshore and onshore teams.
