Salary: zł284,500 - zł474,300 annual gross base salary

What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications across all phases of the software lifecycle.
• Build and maintain distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on API development and integration.

Requirements

• Expert-level programming skills with proven ability to design and implement complex systems.
• 12+ years of experience in high-scale production environments.
• Strong experience in distributed systems development and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering (Spark SQL, PostgreSQL) and alternative databases (CockroachDB, Redis, DuckDB).
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, deployment pipelines, and GitLab CI.
• Development experience with VS Code, dev containers, and one of the Cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Strong understanding of API development and integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP servers and AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of modern cloud deployment strategies and infrastructure automation.
