What you will do

• Design MSFT Teams-native collaboration experiences using Fluent UI and M365 conventions
• Follow best practices and design methodologies from product discovery through delivery
• Conduct user research and define structural design of complex applications
• Create, refine, and improve existing UI designs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to inform product strategy
• Represent the voice of the user and challenge the status quo in product decisions

Requirements

• Onsite presence in London, United Kingdom
• Hands-on experience designing for Microsoft 365/Teams ecosystem with Fluent UI
• Significant experience in product design for complex domains, preferably financial services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Product Design or related field
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record with enterprise-scale design systems and complex user experience challenges
