What you will do

• Oversee the IT Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and enforce project management policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers.
• Manage the IT PMO budget and resources.
• Report on PMO performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent required.
• Engineer degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Leadership skills.
• Competencies in Change Management, Compliance Governance, Data Visualization, Portfolio Management, Problem-Solving, and Resource Management.
