  • Lead the product team in a 'two-in-a-box' model with engineering counterparts to deliver value across the company.
  • Engage with senior business leaders to understand and address long-term strategic data challenges.
  • Define business value goals and deliver customer-driven solutions and high-quality software.
  • Manage agile backlogs and deliver use cases for various business units and software-oriented projects.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to support skills development and talent growth within the data and machine learning community.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with presence required in Bristol, UK office
  • Experienced technical leader with data domain expertise and growth mindset.
  • Ability to articulate clear product vision and roadmap aligning teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile environments managing backlogs and delivering use cases.
  • Strong collaboration skills with senior business leaders and cross-divisional teams.
