What you will do

• Develop and maintain attribution machine learning models to assess channel performance.
• Analyze campaign performance across digital, CRM, and ATL channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with at least 40% time spent at UK hubs (Bristol, Leeds, Halifax, Edinburgh, Chester)
• 1–2 years hands-on Python development experience in data science or ML contexts.
• Proficiency with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deploying ML models into production, and monitoring performance.
• Understanding of digital attribution techniques (last-click, linear, time decay, multi-touch).
• Experience in marketing or performance analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Power BI, Looker, GCP, Vertex AI.
