What you will do

• Serve as primary business analyst and administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, managing user setup, workflows, and reports.
• Document and streamline sales and support processes, defining SOPs and data standards.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales leadership and operations.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, training, and enablement for the sales team.
• Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives including Salesforce user administration and process improvements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship).
• Several years of Salesforce administration experience with focus on Service Cloud and Customer Community.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, validation rules.
• Strong understanding of support processes, Agile methodology, and program management.
• Location: US Remote, Campbell or New York.
