What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum Events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners to maximize the value of team deliveries.
• Remove team impediments by facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Help teams coordinate and participate in ART events and manage cross-ART dependencies.
• Prepare for PI planning and backlog refinement, capture and help implement identified actions from retrospectives.
• Manage two scrum teams focusing on digital transformation of production processes (Azure, .NET) and production test sequences for Hearing Aid hardware.

Requirements

• Higher educational background in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive and documented experience in agile methodologies.
• Proficient in working within a SCRUM or SAFe framework.
• Fluently in written and spoken English and comfortable communicating with others.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity for adjustment to navigate global organization complexities with structured methods and prioritization skills.
