Salary: $73,000–$117,000 (annual base)

What you will do

• Proactively engage with customers to support their SAN infrastructure, understand requirements, and mitigate risks.
• Schedule and provide regular Customer Operational Reviews to assigned Premier Accounts.
• Directly manage critical or high-visibility situations, overseeing account recovery and documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to document SAN Fabric design, interoperability matrix, and future growth projections.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, leading communication on all customer events.
• Analyze and recommend actions based on customer operating environment reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience in Storage Area Networking (SAN).
• In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and SAN domain.
• Experience in successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Strong customer communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, planning, and organization skills.
• Proficiency with OpenSSL, certificate implementation, Linux, and Windows server.
• Ability to work occasional weekend or overnight hours, and on-call as required.
