What you will do

• Contribute to business-critical acquisition journeys for cards and loans.
• Build and enhance high-traffic, customer-facing websites and campaign experiences.
• Actively mentor and share knowledge with other front-end teams.
• Help raise engineering standards and drive better outcomes across the organisation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with both stakeholders and technical engineers.
• Advanced React experience using TypeScript.
• Strong Node.js knowledge for service and API development.
• Solid testing experience covering code quality, security, customer journeys, and accessibility.
• Excellent knowledge of writing semantic, accessible, and modular front-end code.
• Experience integrating with services via RESTful APIs.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Practical experience setting up and running CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platform services.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform services.
• Experience working with monorepo project structures using tools such as Turborepo or Nx.
• Experience being on call, with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure AppInsights, Grafana).
• Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2).
