Location: Remote: Must be based in the USA.

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and execute premium executive experiences for key events (Fal.Con ONE, CxO Summits, advisory boards).
• Own daily planning and execution of assigned executive programs, managing logistics, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs, Marketing, Product, and executives to develop valuable content and agendas for C-level audiences.
• Ensure a frictionless, elevated executive journey, anticipating risks and escalating as needed.
• Foster trusted relationships with executive attendees through thoughtful, consistent, and personalized engagement.
• Represent the Executive Experiences function with professionalism, situational awareness, and a premium service mindset.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in executive programs, executive events, or executive program management in a high-growth environment.
• Possess a “premium experience” mindset, obsessive about details and operational excellence.
• Strong program management skills, including organization, proactivity, and cross-functional partnership.
• Exceptional communication skills, including creating polished agendas and executive-facing materials.
• High degree of professionalism, executive maturity, and comfort engaging directly with senior leaders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
