Location: Remote: Must be based in the USA.
Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do
- Design and execute premium executive experiences for key events (Fal.Con ONE, CxO Summits, advisory boards).
- Own daily planning and execution of assigned executive programs, managing logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs, Marketing, Product, and executives to develop valuable content and agendas for C-level audiences.
- Ensure a frictionless, elevated executive journey, anticipating risks and escalating as needed.
- Foster trusted relationships with executive attendees through thoughtful, consistent, and personalized engagement.
- Represent the Executive Experiences function with professionalism, situational awareness, and a premium service mindset.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in executive programs, executive events, or executive program management in a high-growth environment.
- Possess a “premium experience” mindset, obsessive about details and operational excellence.
- Strong program management skills, including organization, proactivity, and cross-functional partnership.
- Exceptional communication skills, including creating polished agendas and executive-facing materials.
- High degree of professionalism, executive maturity, and comfort engaging directly with senior leaders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
