What you will do
- Lead configuration of Workday Core HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct rigorous testing of system changes and maintain detailed documentation.
- Evaluate Workday release updates and develop deployment plans.
- Deliver training, create job aids, and provide ongoing support for Workday functionality.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to build and analyze Workday reports.
- Manage the Workday Help queue and uphold data security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM configuration with at least five (5) years’ experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee support best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Nice to have
- Workday HCM Certification.
- Proven experience supporting HR operations in a global organization.
- Skills in developing job aids and contributing to change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with case management platforms such as Workday Help or ServiceNow.
