Salary: $110,000–$135,000 Annually (Buffalo, NY)

What you will do

• Lead configuration of Workday Core HCM modules to meet business needs.
• Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct rigorous testing of system changes and maintain detailed documentation.
• Evaluate Workday release updates and develop deployment plans.
• Deliver training, create job aids, and provide ongoing support for Workday functionality.
• Collaborate with reporting teams to build and analyze Workday reports.
• Manage the Workday Help queue and uphold data security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM configuration with at least five (5) years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee support best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM Certification.
• Proven experience supporting HR operations in a global organization.
• Skills in developing job aids and contributing to change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with case management platforms such as Workday Help or ServiceNow.
