What you will do

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 data migrations, including Outlook/Exchange, calendars, OneDrive, and file data.
• Ensure Microsoft tenant governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Perform hands-on engineering work related to tenant configuration, data readiness, and validation.
• Partner with risk, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to align on enterprise requirements.
• Assist with application integrations and API-based connectivity.
• Provide technical guidance as a Microsoft SME for migration decisions and participate in agile delivery.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale data migrations.
• Strong background in Microsoft tenant governance and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on technical role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform.
• Scripting or programming experience (PowerShell, Python, Java, Node.js).
• Familiarity with AWS-based environments.
• Architectural-level understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise integrations or mergers.
