What you will do

• Participate in the Science hiring process and mentor other scientists.
• Identify and devise new video-related AI solutions, framing ill-defined problems and inventing new methodologies at the product level.
• Articulate potential scientific challenges of ongoing or future customer needs and present interventions to address them.
• Independently assess alternative video-related technologies, driving their evaluation and adoption.
• Work with a talented team of engineers, scientists, and designers to bring new products to market and ensure customer delight.
• Design, develop, and implement Sponsored Products Video experiences worldwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• English: B2 required
• Location: Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with natural language processing and generative model architectures.
• Demonstrated track record of innovative AI solution development.
• Experience with video compression or understanding of image processing fundamentals.
