What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner, orchestrating cross-functional execution of GTM technology priorities across Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
• Launch and scale high-impact strategic programs to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen GTM application delivery capabilities.
• Own departmental budgets, OKRs, and utilization metrics, driving financial discipline and proactive performance management.
• Architect scalable operational frameworks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Define and implement outcome-based metrics, delivering regular executive reporting on portfolio health, value realization, and ROI.
• Lead organizational and cross-functional change management strategies for complex rollouts, ensuring high user adoption and minimal disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology operations, program management, and/or business transformation at enterprise companies.
• Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, etc.).
• Strong background in OKR methodology and implementation, with the ability to connect daily tasks to high-level strategic goals.
• Proven experience leading IT PMO teams, in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Deep experience managing large budgets, resource capacity planning, and vendor/contract management in a large-scale IT organization.
