What you will do

• Design and implement complex web applications using established approaches and best practices.
• Improve existing engineering and quality standards within the team.
• Create CI/CD pipelines or assist the DevOps team.
• Participate in the hiring process and technical interview activities.
• Coach and supervise middle/junior engineers as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in different API architectural styles (monolith, microservices, serverless).
• Solid background in Node.js for building high-performance applications, including advanced features.
• Experience with complex queries and aggregations to databases.
• Hands-on experience with Typescript and React.
• Practical experience with various testing approaches and tools.
• Experience with application deployment patterns (Docker) and AWS infrastructure configuration.
• Knowledge of Kafka.
