What you will do

• Develop and maintain standardized product management processes, frameworks, and tools.
• Support product planning, prioritization, and portfolio governance with dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and successful product launches.
• Manage product management tools and develop performance dashboards and insights.
• Coordinate communication and documentation across teams to enable effective execution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles.
• Experience with product lifecycle processes and Agile development environments.
• Proficiency with product and project management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Confluence, and Asana.
• Strong process design, continuous improvement, and data analysis skills.
