What you will do
- Contribute to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team within Information Security.
- Integrate cybersecurity, risk management, and fraud/financial crime/AML knowledge to implement security engineering solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Security, Engineering, Product, Trust & Safety to design a risk-first fraud and financial abuse program.
- Lead design and implementation of focused Fraud and Financial Abuse Risk Management programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools and automation to drive security and compliance by design.
- Provide subject matter expertise, education, and mentorship on cybersecurity, risk management, and financial abuse/fraud.
Requirements
- Must have 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, cybercrime, financial crimes, or AML.
- Experience assessing fraud, financial crime, cybercrime, money laundering, and cybersecurity risks in tech or fintech environments.
- Ability to collaborate with software engineers to identify and mitigate security gaps.
- Deep understanding of cybercrime and AML concepts with ability to build policies and documentation.
- Broad knowledge of security concepts, risks, and controls.
- Experience in tech environments; coding not required but collaboration with engineers essential.
