What you will do

• Drive success of Productions for one or multiple language teams by onboarding and training linguists and audio professionals.
• Build and maintain quality control and monitoring systems to ensure natural and professional-grade audio content.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize production tools and processes.
• Define editorial guidelines and creative direction including style guides, voice casting, and translation principles.

Requirements

• Native or native-level proficiency in French, Spanish, German, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin.
• Experience managing production teams in language services, localization, media, or similar fields.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure natural and error-free audio content.
• Comfortable providing feedback and maintaining high quality standards.

Nice to have
