What you will do

• Assist in benefit analysis and defining ROI for claims processes
• Define business objectives, goals, and document stakeholders and organizational impacts
• Perform gap analysis and gather business needs and requirements
• Facilitate requirements gathering and provide input for solution design
• Identify and manage risks related to business activities and claims workflows
• Create and edit claims workflows and processes

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• 4+ years professional business analysis experience
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred
• Knowledge of auto claims process preferred
• IIBA certification preferred

Nice to have

• Experience in P&C insurance industry
• Experience as auto claims adjuster or appraiser
