What you will do

• Own and elevate the existing iOS app, professionalizing codebase, architecture, and development practices.
• Set the technical direction for iOS development, focusing on architecture, code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Drive the next growth phase of the mobile app with speed and high craftsmanship.
• Lead an existing team of freelancers, providing technical guidance and hands-on leadership.
• Lay groundwork for an upcoming Android app to influence a unified mobile strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team to translate product vision into mobile execution.

• Proven experience leading iOS app development and shipping scaled production apps.
• Deep comfort with Swift and modern iOS development patterns.
