What you will do
- Manage and validate budget, time-tracking, and resource data across global portfolio management systems.
- Oversee the AMER IT budget, including spend tracking across all IT teams and initiatives.
- Review and monitor time-tracking practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and enhance budget management dashboards (PBI) for visibility and decision-making.
- Coordinate IT project portfolio reporting for various steering committees and stakeholders.
- Ensure IT governance standards are consistently applied and upheld across projects (CPN1 Drive Controls).
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CIO Office or PMO role, with a strong focus on budget oversight and financial tracking.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, especially Agile frameworks.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team and senior stakeholder collaboration.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
- Prior exposure to the banking or financial services environment.
