What you will do
- Refine and localize hirify.global’s B2B value proposition for the German market.
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, leading negotiations and closing deals in the DACH region.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Drive pricing, contract terms, and commercial structure with high autonomy.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in digital media, SaaS, or subscription platforms.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing full sales cycles, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of pricing and contract profitability.
- Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany.
