What you will do

• Define and execute the ecosystem strategy for Replicate within hirify.global’s Developer Platform.
• Serve as the primary owner for relationships with model providers, identifying and onboarding top-tier partners.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, revenue share, rights, SLAs, and licensing, partnering with Legal and Finance.
• Run a repeatable launch pipeline ensuring models are discoverable, usable, and production-ready.
• Own economics and adoption by setting volume tiers, tracking profitability, and driving co-marketing.
• Operate relationships, including QBRs, roadmap previews, and incident response with key partners.

Requirements

• Principal-level partner leader with 8–12+ years in AI ecosystems, partnerships, BD, or a model marketplace.
• Technically credible, fluent in APIs, tokens, context windows, GPUs, and performance tradeoffs.
• Opinionated and pragmatic, able to defend quality/cost tradeoffs and make prioritization decisions.
• Bias to ship, operating independently and thriving in ambiguity.
• Strong communicator, effective negotiator, and trusted cross-functional partner.
