What you will do
- Support customer onboarding by tracking tasks and milestones.
- Assist in customer communications (email, calls, video) with team guidance.
- Help customers with best practices by sharing approved resources.
- Leverage assessments and reporting for adoption insights.
- Monitor customer usage and health indicators, escalating risks.
- Coordinate with Technical Support for customer requests.
- Contribute to customer reviews by preparing data summaries.
- Support renewal readiness by maintaining accurate customer records.
- Maintain CRM hygiene by updating contact details and status.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs).
- Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace).
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
- Curious, coachable, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or customer-facing roles.
- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience working on projects involving customer support, onboarding, training, or account management (school, part-time, or internships).
