What you will do
- Lead and improve helpdesk processes for US and Canada employees.
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system and provide technical assistance for Mac, Windows, and SaaS solutions.
- Administer Active Directory and Okta policies and configurations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network equipment including routers and switches.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding for US and Canada.
- Travel domestically within the US up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Must be located onsite in Pleasanton, California, United States.
- 4+ years helpdesk experience with Active Directory and Okta management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac laptops, network equipment, LAN/WAN systems.
- Excellent oral communication and detail orientation for ticket documentation.
