What you will do

• Act as Product Owner for a gameplay area, defining vision and managing backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineers, animators, and producers to implement authentic sports gameplay features.
• Lead a feature team of 5-10 developers to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences.
• Create and maintain design documentation and communicate vision clearly to the team.
• Drive testing efforts with QA and external testers to ensure game quality.
• Analyze software and continuously refine gameplay features and priorities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada
• Passion for sports and sports video games with experience in systemic game design.
• Experience leading feature teams of 7+ developers and working with animation technology.
• Ability to take on Product Owner responsibilities including backlog management.
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).
