What you will do

• Own the design vision for AI-focused features in Fortnite.
• Craft high-quality player-facing AI behaviors using behavior trees and visual scripting.
• Create quick prototypes to test and demonstrate new AI ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members to deliver high-quality player experiences.
• Work with AI designers to maintain a cohesive AI vision.
• Use playtest feedback to iterate and improve AI features.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Montreal, Canada (onsite)
• Experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a Designer.
• Experience developing AI for systemic environments.
• Proficiency with behavior trees and visual scripting.
• Creative approach to surprise and engage players.
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset.
