What you will do

• Prepare and manage annual and long-term budgeting processes with internal stakeholders.
• Manage rolling forecasts and analyze variances between plans and actuals.
• Maintain a five-year business plan and projects’ P&Ls on managerial accounting basis.
• Recommend improvements to internal controlling tools.
• Support accounting team in regular financial closings and processes.
• Perform ad-hoc financial projects and tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operational/business controlling
• Fluency in English and Polish (speaking and writing)
• University degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting and accounting systems.
• Advanced MS Excel, VBA, Power BI skills; Power Platform knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets.
