What you will do

• Administer core finance systems, managing user access, roles, permissions, and configuring workflows, fields, and approval chains across platforms like NetSuite, Float, Zip, and FloQast.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure systems operate reliably during close cycles, reconciliation periods, and key reporting windows.
• Monitor and maintain system health, overseeing integrations, scheduled jobs, and data syncs, and proactively troubleshooting issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities in workflows and processes, implementing enhancements to improve usability and data quality.
• Provide end-user support and training, developing documentation and delivering sessions to enable self-sufficiency and adoption.
• Work closely with Security, IT, and Finance to ensure financial systems meet internal control requirements (e.g., SOC1/SOX) and company policies.
• Participate in system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integration projects by assisting with testing, validation, and deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Float, Zip, FloQast, or other finance-related SaaS tools).
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as procure-to-pay, expense management, general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with user management, roles/permissions, workflows, saved searches/reports, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with integrations and data flows between financial systems and adjacent platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting system audits, internal controls, or compliance initiatives.
• English: B2 required (job post is in English).
