Salary: $151,900 - $228,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and enable national channel partners through technical and sales enablement and go-to-market alignment.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partner executives and sales teams.
• Mentor new partner technical managers and support partner training and enablement activities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for assigned partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with hirify.global sales, engineering, and channel teams to drive partner success.
• Stay current on storage architectures, AI, machine learning, and competitive market positioning.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• 8-10 years experience supporting sales/channels of enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to large audiences and drive consensus.
• Deep knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN) and related technologies.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, big data, IoT, and modern web architectures is a plus.
• Experience with VMware, Windows, Linux, Unix, networking protocols, and hypervisor technologies.
