Location: Remote from Poland, Spain, or UAE only

Salary: PLN 7,200 - 14,100 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Support hiring of technology roles, focusing on Software Engineering
• Partner with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview processes and support candidates throughout
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
• Use data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processes

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1) required
• Must be located in or able to work remotely from Poland, Spain, or UAE
• Degree (or in progress) in STEM, HR, Finance, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
