What you will do

• Develop, implement, and deliver high-quality BI services aligned with business needs.
• Ensure a stable and flexible BI environment, minimizing complexity and optimizing resources and costs.
• Support and develop BI environments, focusing on Microsoft technologies like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with end users, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports based on business needs.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the BI service support team.

Requirements

• Degree or near completion in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Finnish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, dimensional data modeling, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Proficiency in BI dataset design and report development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).

Nice to have

• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Hands-on expertise in BI solutions, including Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with machine learning development using Python or R.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
