Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with continuous residence for the last 5 years and eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. Hybrid work with office bases in London, Manchester, or Glasgow.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of Agentic & Generative AI, Data Science, and Analytics projects ensuring client expectations are met.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating transformative potential of AI to unlock business value.
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions with architecture and platform teams.
• Mentor and develop data science consultants, championing technical excellence.
• Drive business growth through proposals, pitches, and strategic client delivery.
• Contribute to internal initiatives including training, campaigns, and offering development.

Requirements

• Must have continuous residence in the UK for the last 5 years and be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Proven experience leading complex AI/Data Science projects across the ML lifecycle.
• Strong foundations in statistical modelling, NLP, time-series, spatial analytics, and mathematical modelling.
• Experience in consulting or industry managing end-to-end AI/Data Science client engagements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Databricks) and programming languages (Python, R, PySpark).
• Familiarity with Agentic & Generative AI platforms and DevOps/MLOps principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Adept AI, UiPath, OpenAI GPT-5 Agents, Orby AI, Beam AI.
