- Drive high standards of technology and engineering delivery across the Lab and Investment Platform.
- Jointly own, develop, and be accountable for Lab strategic and quarterly OKRs.
- Optimise, evolve, and deliver an efficient operating model.
- Support shaping the backlog and prioritising outcomes for product health.
- Create a data-driven organisation providing value propositions to customers.
- Define the 'What' and 'Why' of team delivery, and 'How' through engineering solutions and agile ways of working.
Requirements
- Visionary leader and advocate for digital transformation.
- Passion for team development and colleague growth in new technologies and ways of working.
- Extensive experience and technical engineering knowledge across a broad range of platforms, including public cloud.
- Ability to adapt approach and deep understanding of multiple engineering & software design solutions (technology agnostic).
- Experienced in Software Engineering leadership, oversight, technical, and people leadership across multiple teams.
- Extensive hands-on Software Engineering experience, including Test Driven Development, Event Driven, and/or Cloud Native Architectures.
- Experience in fullstack development with demonstrable knowledge in React, Microservices, APIs, Databases, and Observability.
