Salary: $114,000 - $141,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and React.
• Define and implement technical architecture, ensuring optimal design patterns and best practices.
• Develop and maintain frontend (React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Java, Spring Boot/MVC, Microservices) components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Implement and improve DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js/Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and database technologies.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role with strong team and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
