Salary: $141,100 - $225,400

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable, data-intensive web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MySQL
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-focused solutions
• Balance speed and thoughtful technical decisions to build maintainable and scalable systems
• Adapt to ambiguity by prototyping and evolving approaches based on feedback
• Contribute to the entire compensation lifecycle platform enhancements

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in San Francisco and New York with in-person days required
• 2+ years of full-time engineering experience with modern web technologies
• Experience building data-intensive applications
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Product intuition and execution-driven mindset
• English: Proficient (B2) or higher
