What you will do
- Manage outreach campaigns using Apollo.io and internal CRMs to build and optimize email sequences.
- Identify and filter high-value prospects based on Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM updates from initial contact to booked meetings.
- Engage prospects on LinkedIn through personalized connection requests, comments, and social selling.
- Schedule appointments and nurture warm leads for the senior sales team.
- Create minor visual content using Canva for social media and marketing collateral.
Requirements
- English fluency (C1+) tailored for the US market is mandatory.
- Proven experience with CRMs, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Canva.
- Proactive hunter mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach and social engagement tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work during Pacific time business hours.
