What you will do

• Translate conceptual ideas into exceptional user-centered design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and leadership to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and presentations.
• Advocate for design excellence through storytelling and user insights.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration and validation.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity and strong data analysis skills combined with intuition.
• Experience with a broad range of design techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
