Customer Success Project Manager (Onboarding Execution)

TL;DR

Customer Success Project Manager (AI/Fintech): Owns post-Closed Won onboarding execution, converting what was sold into a governed, reality-based delivery plan and running it until clients reach stable go-live. Focus on creating plans, setting up internal execution systems, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring predictable outcomes across CS, Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

Location: Permanent work from home with a work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dallas, TX Central Time.

What you will do

• Build and own the onboarding plan and timeline by coordinating inputs across Engineering, IT, Ops, Compliance, and vendors.
• Set up the internal execution system for every client, including documentation, communication channels, and checklists, as the single source of truth.
• Maintain the onboarding checklist and execution artifacts, ensuring owners, due dates, and status reflect reality, and chase stalled work.
• Create and run the Jira onboarding epic and ticket set, ensuring alignment to SOPs, timelines, and ownership.
• Own the timeline/resources slice of the Risk & Complexity assessment, maintaining a live risk log and escalating early when the critical path is threatened.
• Bring live Jira boards and timelines into onboarding and sales-ops syncs, ensuring instant visibility of status, owners, blockers, and next actions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in project management, implementation, or CS operations roles.
• Experience running complex, cross-functional onboarding or delivery programs.
• Strong command of Jira (or equivalent), checklists, timelines, and governance rituals.
• Comfort operating in regulated, high-stakes environments.
• Ability to work a schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dallas, TX Central Time.
