TL;DR

Staff Core Data (AI): Defining how hirify.global's products capture, trust, and evolve data, and establishing Core Data as connective tissue between products, insights, and decisions. Focus on shaping architecture intent for product signals flowing into analytics, AI, and GTM systems, and enabling governance through design.

What you will do

  • Establish Core Data as a first-class domain, defining how product signals are captured and used.
  • Act as the founder and steward of Canonical Domain Events.
  • Define data contracts at emission, ensuring signal consistency and reusability.
  • Shape architectural intent for product signals flowing into analytics, AI, recommendations, and GTM systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature design with learning and signal quality in mind.
  • Enable governance through clear models, strong defaults, and explicit tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing and owning data-heavy systems in product-led companies.
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort reasoning about boundaries, contracts, and long-term evolution.
  • Hands-on technical credibility to read, write, and reason about production code and data models.
  • Experience working closely with product teams, shaping instrumentation and learning loops at the source.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into clear models others can follow.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through action.
  • English proficiency required as daily work is carried out in English.
