What you will do

  • Lead onsite merchandising to surface relevant, high-impact deals and content supporting commercial goals
  • Collaborate with partnerships and commercial teams for timely deal activation aligned with retail media strategy
  • Own prioritisation framework balancing high-value deals with strategic brand and member initiatives
  • Develop merchandising plans aligned to marketing calendar and business objectives
  • Integrate and promote non-deal content such as Member Days, Shopping Cards, Cinema, Finance, and Blue Light Tickets
  • Monitor performance using analytics and reporting to identify trends and improve engagement
  • Test and optimise layouts, content prioritisation, and user journeys
  • Use insight and research to inform merchandising decisions as the voice of the member

Requirements

  • Proven experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills managing multiple activities
  • Experience with CMS tools and onsite content management
  • Commercial mindset with deal management and content planning experience
  • Strong analytical skills with performance measurement and affiliate reporting experience
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, product, and tech teams
  • Interest or experience in membership or loyalty-led businesses
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach focused on delivering member value
