What you will do

• Lead conceptualization and execution of user-centered digital interfaces for complex product ecosystems.
• Translate research insights, product goals, and brand intent into interaction models, UX flows, and UI systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, strategists, researchers, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Support user testing, iteration, and validation cycles to refine experiences based on real feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems as operational frameworks.
• Prepare and facilitate remote and onsite workshops with Design Directors.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany
• 6+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in agency, consultancy, or product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design, and high-quality interface craft.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Experience with design systems, visual identity, and AI-driven systems.

Nice to have

• Professional use of AI-assisted design tools and automated workflows.
• Experience applying accessibility standards to digital interfaces and design systems.
• Familiarity with motion design principles to support usability and interaction clarity.
