What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders to create impactful product experiences from concept to execution.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that simplify complex functionality.
• Present and advocate design decisions aligning cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback.
• Maintain and evolve the centralized design system to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin or working hybrid from there
• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with modern web applications.
• Experience with end-to-end and cross-channel user experience design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and delivery.
• Excellent UI and interaction design skills with attention to detail.
