What you will do

• Lead and support the design team through all stages from ideation to usability testing.
• Coach and develop designers, fostering growth and design excellence.
• Represent UX in product area, ensuring user needs shape the roadmap.
• Champion simplicity and delight in user experience.
• Leverage and evolve the Design System for cohesive user and brand experience.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and participate in user research and validation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with regular presence in Berlin office
• Extensive experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design with leadership in agile teams.
• Proven mentorship and ability to balance creative ambition with delivery.
• Strong skills in concept and interaction design, simplifying complex systems.
• Experience defining UX strategies and aligning stakeholders.
• Passion for user-centered design and usability testing.
• Proficient in German and English.
