What you will do

• Own product outcomes and roadmaps.
• Lead user discovery, identifying long-term and short-term opportunities through user interaction and data analysis.
• Translate user and data insights into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.
• Execute product development with engineering, design, and other internal teams.
• Define and track KPIs for product adoption and performance.
• Align internal teams across the business (Engineering, Sales, Support, Account Management, Data, Design).
• Advocate for solutions that create a satisfying user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, Marketplace, or workflow management software products.
• Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to work with real users.
• Structured problem solver who can break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Strong technical insight, able to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
