Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager: Driving the vision and development of internal tech products with an accent on identifying new opportunities, understanding user needs, and defining KPIs. Focus on building business cases, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery of product initiatives.

Location: We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga! For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. You also have the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: 5700-7000 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Own the internal tech product vision and drive its development.
• Identify new product opportunities by analyzing internal workflows and market best practices.
• Deeply understand user needs through interviews and continuous feedback.
• Build business cases, create roadmaps, and define/track KPIs for product adoption and business value.
• Align priorities with stakeholders and translate requirements for engineering teams.
• Lead grooming/planning sessions, ensure on-time delivery, and drive internal product launches.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in a tech company.
• Ability to identify root problems, challenge assumptions, and make data-informed decisions.
• Skill in conducting user interviews, validating hypotheses, and transforming insights into improvements.
• Comfort working with KPIs, funnels, effort–value analysis, and various product metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience aligning teams, managing competing priorities, and maintaining transparency.
