TL;DR
Technical Product Manager (Business Intelligence & Data Mining): Drive product development and technical execution for a SaaS IP address management platform with an accent on BI, data mining, and networking. Location: Hybrid work model with 2 days per week in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: 4959–6612 EUR/month

What you will do
- Drive product development from discovery to launch, owning specifications, timelines, and iteration cycles.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams.
- Design data collection, enrichment, and transformation flows for BI and proxy intelligence.
- Evaluate and integrate external providers, APIs, and 3rd-party data sources ensuring quality and cost control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, growth, sales, marketing, and legal teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
- English: Fluent (C2 level) required
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS infrastructure, networking, or developer tools.
- Experience with proxies, scraping, data mining, and BI systems.
- Strong documentation, analytics, and API integration skills.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, subnets, DNS, ASN) is a strong plus.
